How we protect your information
- This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Form submissions are delivered through established service providers, not stored in the browser.
- Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their job.
- We do not store credit card numbers or financing applications on our systems. Financing applications go directly to our financing partner.
What we will never ask you for
We will never ask you to send a credit or debit card number, a bank login, or a Social Security number by text or email. We will never ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer or cryptocurrency.
If you receive a message like that from someone claiming to be High Level HVAC, do not respond. Call us directly at (864) 665-3409 and we will tell you whether it came from us.
Confirming it is really us
Before you let anyone into your home, you can call our office number and confirm the appointment and the name of the technician scheduled to come out. Our number is (864) 665-3409. We would rather take the call than have you take a chance.
Reporting a problem
